Its been a while....
I know its been a while since I updated. I'm having trouble uploading pictures so here is what you get for now! In August We (Mom Katie & Me) took the kids to the Children's Museum. We weren't super impressed but the kids had a lot of fun.
Joey left for College in August. This was the day before he left.
Grandma with her Grand kids
Bridget had a 18 month check up in August. She is 22 lb! and I can't remember her height right now. But she is still underweight and tall. She is learning more and more words every day! Its really neat getting to see her develop into a little girl rather then a baby. Even this week I noticed her cry has changed. When she is super tired or just mad about something its totally different sounding its not an upset baby any more its a little girl. I remember watching these changes on Caylee and its amazing that Bridget is already there!

My Big Girl (Sniff Sniff)....
So Caylee had a nightmare the other night. Before it used to be Daddy was a clown or she couldn't reach the purple dress and she wanted it on. These used to be the things that would make her cry and wake her up in the middle of the night.
Now she has real nightmares. The other night she woke up so upset because a tiger was coming at her and was biting her knee.
How sad is that. She is only 3 why does she have to have real nightmares??? Why can't it be about candy and princess dress for just a few more years?
I know life isn't fair but darn it she is 3 and she shouldn't have to experience the feeling of being scared.

Quiet = Trouble

So as a mom you learn pretty darn quick that quietness which was once something to enjoy is now something that makes you worry. Its never good when you have 2 girls in the backyard loud as can be! Screaming and playing, riding the tricycle and drawing with chalk suddenly go quiet. I realize there is no noise from the backyard and I tip top through the kitchen to see what I can see before being discovered. Here is what I saw! These two little girls picking up rocks and throwing them at the wall! Trying to hit the fence each time. It was very interesting to eavesdrop on this conversation! Caylee and Bridget would both let out a little sigh if they didn't hit the wall and a oh ya if they did! Thankfully the rock throwing didn't turn on each other although I'm sure some day that will come!
